It is deliberately short enough to read in one sitting and to keep beside you reviewing a chart after the fact, with the outcome already known.
How to use it
Do not read it cover to cover and file it. Take the opening question — What did you believe before the outcome was known, and what would have changed your mind? — and use it once, today, on something real.
Then use the follow-up. Two questions used are worth more than a guide finished.
